Example based on a requested 1-year contract. Multi-year contracts: 5% of first-year annual value, multiplied by the contract term in years (e.g. 3-year contract = $1,950).

When exactly does a provider pay?
After a customer selects your bid. The 5% fee is due before customer contact details are released to you.
What if the customer cancels early?
The fee is based on the first-year annual contract value at the time of award, multiplied by the contract term in years. Early cancellation does not affect the fee.
What does the provider get on award?
Full customer contact info, delivery specs, service requirements, and the agreed upon bid. Everything you need to start service.
What if I need more after signing?
You can increase quantities on any item in your contract at the same unit pricing — no renegotiation needed. If you need a product that isn't on your original contract, your provider will quote it directly. LinenBids does not charge additional platform fees on changes or growth during your contract.
What if my customer wants to add to the contract?
That's between you and your customer — LinenBids does not charge additional fees when a customer increases quantities or adds services during the contract term. Existing items should be honored at the contracted unit price. New items not on the original contract are priced at your discretion. The 5% acquisition fee applies only to the initial award.
